About Windsor Manor—Grinnell

Manor is an assisted living community offering everything today's seniors need
to assist them continue to explore and enjoy life in a safe environment where
all their needs are met. Our mission is to provide an atmosphere of respect,
comfort and grace, where quality of life is of the utmost

Windsor Manor is a 40 unit apartment complex (including a 10
unit memory care cluster) offering one and two bedroom units. Designed to help
residents feel safe and secure, additional building features include a
personalized emergency call system and round the clock nursing staff available
to meet their needs. Residents of Windsor Manor can choose from several
different floor plans, each designed with a living room or alcove, bedroom,
kitchen or kitchenette and personal bath. The cost of living at Windsor Manor
varies according to the style of apartment selected and the amount of personal
care services required by the individual. We work with each resident and their
families to design a customized care and support plan that accommodates and
adapts to their needs while providing as much independence as possible. Our
