MEET BETHANN McCALLA, MANAGER
I am a Southwest Iowa native who attended University of Northern Iowa with the intention of being a Music Education major. I transitioned through numerous adventures including pole-vaulting on UNI’s track team and competitive Olympic-style weightlifting before leaving with my Bachelor’s Degree in Gerontology. I then moved to Chicago to pursue my weightlifting career. After six months in the city, the green, green hills of home were calling my name. I moved back to be with my family and worked at the Clarinda Chamber of Commerce and a steel ball plant – AKS Precision Ball while patiently awaiting an opportunity to work in my field of study and passion. In fall 2011 rumor of Windsor Manor coming to Shenandoah was spreading. I knew this was it.
I am honored HR Green and Senior Housing entrusted me to be the manager of Windsor Manor in Shenandoah. It is a community on the brink of revolutionizing how older adults live after they leave their homes in Southwest Iowa. I am already humbled to imagine the lives that will be changed for the better. In the meantime, Shenandoah is counting down until our Grand Opening June 1, 2012!

MEET BETHANN McCALLA, MANAGER
My name is Wendy Moyer, RN and am very excited to be a part of Windsor Manor as the Healthcare Coordinator! I live in Riverton, Iowa with my husband and my two year old Shorkie named Chewy. I have two daughters from my previous marriage; Britni and Kaile. They have both grown and moved away from home so Chewy became my new baby of the house. I am also the step-mom of three children; Courtney, Heidi and Jerrod. Courtney and Heidi have also grown and moved away from home. Jerrod is the true baby of the family being only 12. I previously worked for a home health agency in the area but am very glad to be working closer to home and in Shenandoah again.
