About Windsor Manor—Webster City

Nestled in the small Iowa town of Webster City, in a quiet residential neighborhood, is Windsor Manor Assisted Living Community. Windsor Manor features 36 apartments with one bedroom and two bedroom options. Each apartment equipped with a private bathroom and kitchen or kitchenette area. Three meals per day, laundry, housekeeping, basic cable TV, an emergency response system, 24-hour security, scheduled activities, and personal care services are included. Future expansions will include additional apartment units, a dedicated dementia suite of studio apartments and garages for residents with vehicles.  Windsor Manor is also a proud sponsor of the Hamilton County American Cancer Society Daffodil Days.
