Support Groups:
Windsor Manor Webster City is home to the Hamilton County Alzheimer Support group that meets the second Thursday night of the month at 7pm. Windsor Manor also hosts the Parkinson's Awareness Group for Hamilton County this meeting is held the 4th Tuesday of the month at 1:30pm. Both Tammy Greenfield, RN and Jill Scott Manager have been trained by the respective entities to facilitate these meetings. It is the desire of the Windsor Manor Healthcare Dept. to bring these services to the people of Hamilton County.

Windsor Manor Webster City Welcomes new Healthcare Coordinator, Tammy Greenfield, RN (left) “We are so fortunate to have Tammy as our Healthcare Coordinator” states Jill Scott, Manager (right).  “Tammy brings over 13 years experience of working with population.”  Tammy lives in Webster City with her husband Troy and their two children Katie and Kyle.  Carl their oldest son is a freshman at UNI in Cedar Falls.
