My name is Amy Steffen, I am the Executive Director of Windsor Manor Grinnell. I have worked in healthcare for 20 years, doing a variety of job functions such as Medical Records, Resident Coordinator, Social Service Designee, and LPN. I have worked for Windsor Manor Grinnell for three years. I started here as the Director of Health and Wellness. I have a passion for helping people. I enjoy assisting seniors and their loved ones with the transition from independent living to assisted living or memory care. It is such a gift to be able to spend time with our residents and hear their stories of the past and present.
In my free time, I enjoy diamond painting, home improvement, and spending time with my family and friends.
