My name is Jeff Beem, and I am the Maintenance Director here at Windsor Manor. I was raised in Duncombe, Iowa until I moved here to Webster City at 20 years old. I met my wife in 1995 and we married in November of 1999. We have 3 kids they are all in their 20’s. I have an amazing 9-month-old grandson.
When I’m not at work you will catch me building demolition derby cars, watching the Kansas City Chiefs, camping, and many more outdoor activities. Before I started working here at Windsor Manor, I worked for Jaycox Construction for 11 years as a carpenter learning many skills. I enjoy working for some great residents and working with some great co-workers.
